The Canadian Writing Research Collaboratory launched in September at the Digital Textualities/Canadian Contexts conference in Edmonton. Thanks to all who came out, and to our wonderful speakers Cecily Devereux (CWRC Research Board), Susan Hamilton (Office of Research), Geoffrey Harder (University of Alberta Libraries), Geoffrey Rockwell (Kule Institute for Advanced Studies), Steve Patten (Faculty of Arts), and Peter Sinnema (English and Film Studies). The working Collaboratory is at beta.cwrc.ca until we migrate to the Compute Canada cloud.
The conference demonstrated the vibrant work being done in Canada on e-literature, digital culture, and digital humanities. See the CFP to contribute to the forthcoming special issue!
