CWRC Launch Conference


Digital Textualities and Canadian Contexts (September 21-22, 2016) celebrates the launch of the Canadian Writing Research Collaboratory’s online research environment. Join us for stimulating program of papers on a wide range of topics related to the impact of technologies on the production and study of culture in Canada.

Keynote: “Writing Telematics // Other Networks in Canada” by Lori Emerson of the Media Archaeology Lab at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Workshops: Sept. 20th features a morning introduction to using CWRC, with an afternoon session on uploading, creating, editing, and managing content. September 23rd features a morning workshop on Orlando 2.0, and an afternoon one from the Editing Modernism in Canada Project. Details are here.
